vm booted but screen is black with curser on the left top

Greetings,

I have a windows 11 vm running in libvirt+qemu+kvm with gpu pt.
a 2 weeks ago (give or take), the system stopped working,
I see the qmu process is up but there is no ovmf boot screen and the screen is black with curser on the left top corner of the screen,
cannot seems to find and idea how to debug it,
there was no upgrade of any related pkgs in the last two weeks, only in June 1ST, there was a qemu recompilation on June 13th, 15th and 16th
any ideas how to debug this?
