I have this in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf:

Nothing about SAE on Gentoo Wiki - I will add a solution to it when find it.

It isn't clear to me what you are asking or what problem you are having.

In the wpa_supplicant-2.10-r4 ebuild, the src_configure function includes support for SAE:

It looks like a problem with the router - stopped working on iPhone 12 too.

Android 8 the same.
