Hello,
I have old machine with 23.0 x64 profile
I want to build on llvm (faster machine) bin packages.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcmXW7n-yts

Is this a good guide ?
I can't find anywhere what to do with bin packages.
How to setup target machine in order to use bin packages ? Thank you

I think the best and official guide to this would be those two wiki pages:

https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Binary_package_guide
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Gentoo_Binary_Host_Quickstart

The link in the first post leads to YouTube, so on principal, I am going to say it is not a good guide, because I cannot think of a single time that someone has brought us a YouTube guide that ended well.

Your thread title references cross-compilation, but it is not clear to me that cross-compilation is actually appropriate here. What is the output of emerge --info on both the build machine and the target machine?

I have old dual core E6500 CPU. Therefore I'd like to compile GCC on faster machine, it's Ryzen 5500u.
E6500 is X64 profile (23) - stable
Ryzen is LLvm 23 profile - stable

What are you trying to find? The first link includes multiple parts about using bin packages on a target machine. At a glance, these are related:
Using binary packages
Installing binary packages
Pulling packages from a binary package host
Setting up a binary package host

I am trying to find pulling packages from local repo. It means from one local machine to another machine.
