[Solved] How to build with the gentoo-kernel-bin .config

Hi, so I have installed the bin version of the kernel because I wanted to save time.

Now I have time and want to build the kernel here, can I use the automatically generated .config and start making
modifications to it? Can there be both versions of the kernel bin and sources installed at the same time?

I have .config for this setup, but it is few years old, so it would be easier and very interesting to start with the
bin-kernels config.

Compiled it, had to made some mods before it compiled.
