Side note I: melpa overlay is sometime slow to sync, for some reason.
If so plz derive melpa ebuild to local repository and update to current melpa revision Melpa.org
Side note II: Gemini API key is free to get and to use.
If someone knows about gptel compatible online llm service similar to Gemini in this respect, plz let me know.
Side note III: Gemini services are failing here, i.e. EU overseas for some reason.
Hence using a VPN to workaround this issue
