As per now I'm using gentoo-kernel-bin 6.10.2 and having no issues with the zenbook, but I'm looking to making my own kernel configuration. I have done this successfully on my desktop, but I've never made a kernel config for laptops that require some extra drivers for touchpad, hibernation, touchscreen, powersaving and WiFi. On my desktop it was pretty easy getting a very lean kernel config, but I'm slightly lost on the laptop side, already failing miserably trying to port the gentoo-kernel-bin .config over to gentoo-sources as a starting point.
Any tips? |
