Hello,

This address is the gateway of your routers, going into it via your web-browser should give you a connection page and allowing you to manage it.

What makes you thinks there is a security issue with it ? What are the symptoms ?

What are these "strange activity and unauthorized attempts (…)" on it ? From LAN ? From WAN (internet) ?

What is the manufacturer and models of your routeur ? As which is your ISP ?

Regards,
GASPARD DE RENEFORT Kévin

That is not how it works.
This looks like a domain from your router (?) or network device with documentation.

We do need the actual log or any error and description if we are able to help your.

How did you configure the networking on your Gentoo machine? With NetworkManager? With systemd-networkd? Which documentation did you follow?

How is the Gentoo machine connected to your network device (router, switch)? Ethernet? WLAN?
