Bluethooth headset won't connect after reboot

Hello,

I have bluethooth headset (Soundcore Space Q45) and I have no problem with pairing it with my gentoo machine using KDE system settings.
Everything works fine.
The issue is that after reboot they don't connect automatically and also, I can't connect manualy using System settings in KDE where it is on the list of paired devices.
I have to remove it (forget) and search for new device again and connect.

I am looking for tips what can I do to make it work automatically?
Can you share your ideas of how to make it work better?
