Bluetooth headphones with Plasma 6 - minor issues

After ( 99% smooth) upgrade to Plasma 6/Qt 6 I have one change relative to Plasma 5. It used to be that my headphone were automatically connecting when I was bringing them close, now I have to click 'connect' in the settings (or in Bluetooth app in taskbar).
I don't see any config option relevant to that. Could anything be done ?

Secondly, when I click connect, I immediately get popup "Connection failed", but after a second or two connection is established, and everything is normal. Some timing is too short, it seems.

Anybody with similar experience ?
