Ran 'make clean'.

Also did 'make mrproper' followed by 'make menuconfig'.

I changed one thing in the config (using menuconfig).
This kernel has complied previously.
If I go back to the previous .config I still get the error.

Why version 5.7.15? The longterm stable 5.x kernels have fixes for both bugs, why not use one of those?

Fix for extract-cert.c in latest 5.15.x
Fix for subcmd-util.h in latest 5.15.x
