Uh, but gentoo had Qt6 for a pretty long time now? (since August 2022 to be precise) It's also stable alongside Plasma 6. Or do you mean something else? Please be clearer.
If(?) you were looking at the split dev-qt/qtcore, qtgui, etc... ebuilds still being 5-only, please note that these are merged into the single "qtbase" package now:
https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-qt/qtbase
If interested in the packaging changes (maybe to write/update an ebuild using qt6 or so), this may help:
