Uh, but gentoo had Qt6 for a pretty long time now? (since August 2022 to be precise) It's also stable alongside Plasma 6. Or do you mean something else? Please be clearer.
If(?) you were looking at the split dev-qt/qtcore, qtgui, etc... ebuilds still being 5-only, please note that these are merged into the single "qtbase" package now:
https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-qt/qtbase
If interested in the packaging changes (maybe to write/update an ebuild using qt6 or so), this may help:

When I upgraded to plasma 6, it took me longer to enter kde from sddm than from 5. After entering the desktop for about 2 seconds, the shield immediately froze, lasting for about tens of seconds, and then returned to normal. However, every time I opened Dolphin, the shield froze, and after a few times, it could return to normal.
Additionally, I am unable to access the graphical interface even with the new LiveCD, and version 20240818 does not have this issue. The new version seems to use plasma 6.
I use Gentoo sources 4.14 kernel
