emacs GURU: how 2 detect starting emacsclient in init.el?

Currently standalone emacs init.el detects when more than 2 files are provided, in order to open the consult-buffer to select which buffer 2 focus 2.

I can't solve that problem as a whole.

However server-after-make-frame-hook function seems a possible entry hook.
The main issue is to identify the provided file list.

Any idea to share is this scope?
