I have a Thinkpad T420 with hybrid Intel(integrated) and Nvidia graphics. lshw shows the Nvidia GPU as "unclaimed."
I've tried masking the x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers package to get an older version but still no support. Is there any way to get this driver working here? I've had it working on Arch earlier this year. |

While 390.xx drivers do support that card, 390's incomplete libglvnd support tend to lead to issues with hybrid graphics w/ modern Gentoo unless you can make it use nvidia-only. That driver is also very much on its last legs and with a lot of issues, I personally wouldn't recommend bothering with it. |
