Gnome can't load appearance after startup

Hello, everyone!

I have a problem: sometimes after startup and log in I see default desktop settings like dark theme and desktop background, when I configured my desktop to have light theme and another background.
Also I noticed that my drives haven't been mounted at this time. That happens pretty seldom, but avery time I need to reboot my system several times to let it load my desktop properly.

So, how can I resolve this problem? Thanks a lot!
