troubles with wine: windows characters small too much.

I install wine for the first time (both wine-proton-9.0.2 and wine-staging-9.0 version).

When I execute something like winr notepadit opens a window quite unreadeble, because characters are small too much.
what should I do to have a better configuration?

I'm using a plasma desktop. In sistem settings -> screen -> screen Configuration I put "global scale" value to 175% , but this setting seems not to be sent to wine windows.
