Problems with KDE6

Hi,
i'm having problems with kde6 since the upgrade;

Icons in the panel keep disappearing as you move the mouse over
Same for the notification bar
Middle-mouse cut and paste always copies twice in terminal
Fonts look terrible in konsole on my 4k monitor,
MX3 Bluetooth mouse won't reconnect without a reboot after it's connected to a windows machine.

I'm running an up to date stable machine with profile default/linux/amd64/23.0/desktop/plasma/systemd on nvidia drivers with X

I tried running
cd ~/.config && for j in plasma*; do mv -- "$j" "${j%}.bak"; done && mv Trolltech.conf Trolltech.conf.bak && rm -rf ~/.cache/* && kbuildsycoca6 --noincremental && cd ~
but got nowhere,

If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful,
