Let's have a pause and take a look where we are right now, since there seems to be a lot of people posting comments and trying to help.

rupeshforu3, can you list the things you've done since starting this topic, so we can keep track of what you've already done?

Doing manual compilation like this one (outside of portage) will not automatically include the compile optimization settings (CFLAGS, CPU_FLAGS_*, etc) or anything set in make.conf. The easiest way is to use portage (emerge) and let it apply your settings to ffmpeg compilation process.
