Is there a ebuild for dahdi-tools and dahdi-linux or a VOIP overlay?
I see old posts about net-misc/dahdi but it has since split into two

For reasons behind its removal, read the comments in https://bugs.gentoo.org/914477

Thanks all,
I have a "Wildcard TDM400P REV I Board 5"
Its a 4 port analog card.
So far I got Dahdi 3.4 installed by hand then emerged Asterisk and it seems like it wants to work.
chan_dahdi.so is built and located in the Asterisk modules directory and the dahdi commands work.
made all the leds on the card turn on and the old phones get power when that happens.
I just need to read up more on configuring Asterisk channels / extensions etc and such and test it out with a simple hello-world type setup. _________________ Donate to Gentoo |
