I have a RTL8812AU adapter, as the official page said https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/AC1200_Wireless_Adapters the follow option need to be enable, but I can't find them, the adapter also not working properly either, anyone knows how to solve this problem?

<M> Realtek RTL8723AU Wireless LAN NIC driver
[*] Realtek RTL8723AU AP mode
[*] Realtek RTL8723AU BlueTooth Coexistence

This chip, RTL8723AU, is now listed as "Realtek 802.11n USB wireless chips support" in the kernel config menu. The driver is rtl8xxxu aka CONFIG_RTL8XXXU.

I've already build these 2 options in the kernel, but the adapter not working, it can't search AP.

Please stop using iwlist or iwconfig as they are old and broken. Use net-wireless/iw or other tools instead.
