Stylus pen jumping around

Ahoi,

since a few weeks when I use my stylus pen the mouse is jumping randomly around (I think only in vertical direction, not sure if this is relevant) and I cant figure out how to fix this.
It worked fine before, but at some system update it started.
When I disable the touch functionality (device id 8 below) the pen also works fine (which is a work around but very annoying while taking notes).
Which is even weirder is, that while I press the button on the pen (going into eraser mode) the random jumps also stop.
