|
|
The description says
Quote: | $> euses -p kleopatra
kde-apps/kleopatra:pim - Enable WKS publishing support using kde-apps/kmail |
I had no idea what that means. So I asked wikipedia. After that was not satisfying copilot was helpful.
I think it might be nice if abbreviations in USE flag descriptions - which seem not be common enough to have an entry in the English wikipedia - would have the full form in parenthesis as well. E.g.
Code: | kde-apps/kleopatra:pim - Enable WKS (Web Key Service) publishing support using kde-apps/kmail |
When I ask wikipedia it shows nothing for "WKS publishing", then I tried "WKS" only: Quote: | WKS may refer to:
Wernicke–Korsakoff syndrome
Wetterkurzschlüssel, German for Short Weather Cipher, a WWII codebook of the German Navy
.wks (WorKSheet), a filename extension used by early Lotus 1-2-3 and Microsoft Works
Well Known Services Domain name system record type; see List of DNS record types
Wanamaker, Kempton and Southern Railroad, WK&S, a US railroad
Fictional television station on the US Family Ties sitcom
Wrocławski Klub Sportowy (Wrocław Sports Club) Śląsk Wrocław
Wu Kai Sha station, Hong Kong; MTR station code |
Before I knew from copilot that was not really helpful. WorkSheet… could be something with publishing documents via kmail. Publishing Weather Cipher could make some sense as well or Well Known Service Domain so some DNS records - maybe crypto related - are passed with the email?
Just in case: "media-gfx/gimp" has an "alsa" use flag - so I think you can't presuppose that a USE flag of kde-apps/kleopatra has to refer to cryptography. |
