How to run a sqm-scripts on gentoo

Hello, I found a script for debian/openwrt sqm-scripts on github. -> https://github.com/nu1ee/sqm-scripts/tree/master
Please help me how to modify it to work SQM on gentoo.
Please share your SQM scripts that work on gentoo.
I use OpenRC on gentoo.
