Chu_Meo_E_Then,

Welcome to Gentoo.

The easy way is to find a live distro that supports your WiFi, and use that as the toolkit to achieve your install.
None of the live distro, even the Gentoo live media, ends up in your install.

The harder way is with sneakernet.
Beware that post is almost 20 years old. The method is correct, the detail is not.
This won't work if kernel support for your RLT8188FTV chip is missing.

To expand on NeddySeagoon's suggestion, the live distro supporting your device _probably_ needs a kernel >=6.4.

Per the link below, kernel.org's linux-firmware package has rtl8188fufw.bin which supposedly works for the device you mentioned.

I also confirmed that the latest stable Gentoo linux-firmware-20241210-r1 includes rtl8188fufw.bin.

Since the support for your hardware looks like provided, you can easily follow our install handbook https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:AMD64

Take the Gentoo-Live-GUI from gentoo.org or EndeavourOS... If you can browse with the live system you can install gentoo with it. :D
