Has anyone got netplugd to work? It provides a function to bring a network interface up and down whenever a networkcable is plugged in or out, allowing you to run around with a laptop from network to network and getting automatically configured with DHCP at each.
At least, that's what the maker says.
Unfortunately there's no ebuild in portage that I could find, and I can't seem to install it, I get strange errors:
Code: |
make: bk: Command not found
make: bk: Command not found
|
while make install gives me:
Code: |
install: invalid option -- C
Try `install --help' for more information.
make: *** [install] Error 1
|
The 'README' that comes with it doesn't give any information how to get the thing installed. Can anyone fill me in?
