mic and usb bluetooth sony headset not working

Camera and speakers are ok with my monitor (Dell P2418HZm).

But, neither monitor mic working and cannoit use at all (speaker and mic) my Sony bluetooth headset (WH-CH520).

[*] am using the nvidia-drivers, just reinstalled those.

How to proceed then? I would be very happy to have my headset working (for instance in video calls), but anyway the monitor mic doing the job could be enough for my purposes on Monday.

...and, with a wired usb headset everything is all right, that is speakers and microphone...but yet expect to work the mic embedded into monitor and the headset with Bluetooth dongle!
