perl update errors

I ran into multiple blockers and circular dependencies trying to update my system. Many appeared related to perl so I tried updating it with "perl-cleaner --reallyall" but ran into the issues in the link below Any suggestions?

Please show the original issue output (supposed circular dependencies). perl-cleaner is unable to complete because of other inconsistencies and needs the system to be up-to-date.

Note that I did scan through the news (as a regular user) but didn't notice anything that appeared related to the issues.

emerge --oneshot =dev-lang/go-bootstrap-1.22.12 (or =dev-lang/go-1.23.6) to fix the circular dependency
Other issues may be automatically be solved by doing that since portage cannot resolve completely.
