Rerun your
Code:
emerge --sync

Mirror updates are not atomic, so this sort of thing can happen if you sync in the middle of a mirror syncing.

If its not fixed with a repeat sync, open a bug at bugs.gentoo.org, if you are first.
If its really a bug, it will be the same for everyone.
