New User - New Tips/Tricks to add to Manual that I found?

I found a minor addition I think would be beneficial to add to the Gentoo handbook. As a new user, how do I go about submitting it? Once I do submit it, it is vetted by anyone more experienced?

The handbook on the Wiki is protected, unlike most of the rest of the Wiki, which you can edit directly.

For handbook changes, go to the page you would like to change and click on Discussion (at the top).
Create a new topic with your suggested change and an explanation of why its a good idea,
