hi guys
i noticed there is a new eselect news item about python 3.12 upgrade to 3.13
i am already seeing a good practice for python upgrade issue
but how about ruby?
there are several targets for ruby already in the mix
what are the steps for upgrading ruby as well?

I don't recall having seen a news item about updating ruby. I think it mostly happens automatically. One reason Python is probably more complicated is because it is a critical system package for Portage.
In general, updates to Ruby seem to have similar controls as Python.
