How to see NATed connetctions through my router?

I am doing tcpdump and see that my host have some connections to another host, but netstat -a not show it. So it is NAT connection for some-one else for my NEt, but for whom? How to see it?

I seem to recall there being a better way to do this, but /proc/net/ip_conntrack will list all the connections that iptables knows about, assuming you are using connection tracking.
