I am trying 'passwd -e USER', but user can login and nothing happend...

The -e option only works on individual passwords not groups. Also note that the user must log off of all console, ssh, or X sessions before the passwd will be expired..

I know about individual password and restarting all console/ssh/X/etc.
But thanks. Problem was, that ssh don't used PAM :)
