Whenever I boot my system and try to use my Linksys WPC11 ver. 3 wireless card my system hangs.
It gets detected, the orinoco_cs module is loaded and a warning message about how net.eth0 has already been started.
The kernel then hangs somewhere between Initializing random number generator and starting usb and pci.

I'm left with a screen of hex and the error message
Code:

<0> Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
In interrupt handler - not syncing

I'm running gentoo-sources 2.4.22-r2 on a Dell Inspiron 8100.
I have recompiled my kernel to correctly use pcmcia-cs, etc...

Any help appreciated.
