has anyone got stepmania to work? i couldn't emerge it because there was a problem with the source code, so i fixed the source and installed manually. (/usr/local/src ./configure&&make&&make install...)
i get this error:

| I use the precompiled version from their site.. it works for me, haven't tried the Breakmygentoo cvs ebuild |

It's alright. I changed back to the 2.4 kernel and it's fixed

it loads up the window but there is no menu and i get a high-pitched sound out of my speakers. what's the problem?
