|
|
I am having trouble login into linux, when i boot into level 3 and the login prompt asks for username and password. It will not allow me to type anything in at all!!
Could it be a security file, i have checked login.access and it is all commented out, so should this let anyone login?
But it will not even let me type in anything at the prompt!
Any ideals? |

uk_planet,
Try Ctl-Alt-F2 to get a text console and login there _________________ Regards,

Solved what was causing it, was when GPM (General Purpose Mouse) tries to load it hangs on a modprobe fault. Therfore locking up all the consoles |
