|
|
I cannot get prozilla to see http_proxy variable.
I have tried both the syntaxes given below.
http_proxy="x.x.x.x:x" and
http_proxy="http://x.x.x.x:x"
The problem lies only with prozilla, all other applications run fine with first syntax.
I have tried setting it in /etc/make.conf as well.
I wonder if prozilla needs parameters like links to set http_proxy. I couldn't figure that out from man page though.
Anyone has been facing same problem? Is there any workaround? _________________ Believe in yourself |

I think only the gui version supports http_proxy (not much use for portage). I tried it a while ago and stopped when I couldn't configure it to use my proxy server. |
