Hello!

Some guess about this:
Search for the two libdha statements!!
Code:
vo: X11 running at 1280x1024 with depth 24 and 32 bpp (":0.0" => local display)
[radeon] Found chip: Unknown chip
[radeon] Driver was forced. Was found unknown chip
[radeon] Assuming it as Radeon1
libdha: DHA kernelhelper failed: No such file or directory
libdha: DHA kernelhelper failed: No such file or directory
[radeon] Video memory = 128Mb
[radeon] Set write-combining type of video memory
[radeon] Saved overlay colorkey settings
VIDIX: Description: BES driver for Radeon cards
VIDIX: Author: Nick Kurshev
Opening video filter: [pp]

Code:
gentoo test # ldconfig -v |grep libdha
ldconfig: Can't stat /usr/games/lib: No such file or directory
        libdha.so.0.1 -> libdha.so.0.1
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 is not a symbolic link

It's the mplayer output within kde useing -vo xvidix:radeon_vid.so

Thanks
Georg

EDIT:

mplayer hast to be compiled without svgalib support!!!
(no implemented or buggy!?)
doesn't limit functionality, only needs suid to run (scanpci)!

Georg
