Kernel 2.6 and Scroll Mouse behind KVM-switch

I have a problem tried almost everything to fix my scroll-wheel after update to kernel 2.6.

I tryed to follow about 7 diffrent imwheel solutions in this forum

Tried to make "mouse" as a module instead of compiling it into the kernel
Tried everything

Then i found this thread.

How do i use those patch ?
