| i have an ibm thinkpad t40 with the ultranav trackpoint/touchpad combo. they both worked fine in 2.4, but i just upgraded to 2.6 and enabled ps/2 support under input devices, but now only the touchpad works, neither the trackpoint or the buttons for the trackpoint responds. i also have another usb mouse connected that, suprisingly, works flawlessly. am i missing anything? |

Under 2.6 enable the Synaptics TouchPad Driver under PS2.
You wont be able to use a console mouse but you can use it under X with PS/2 driver and auto protocol.
Thats all i have setup and working, i can use both the touchpad and the usb mouse as i use both with no config changes either. |
