Desktop Theme,..How to run it from Xterm?

I have just downloaded a theme for my Gentoo,?I saved it to /root/deepness.tar.gz

How do I install the theme and run it?

WHat kind of theme are we talking about here exactly... A kde? Gnome? fluxbox? anyway you simply untar the tarball and build the theme... if you don't know how to do that just post a little more information and we'll help you out

I have saved the theme for "FluxBox" in /root/deepness.tar.gz

DO NOT USE X AS ROOT!

It is very dangerous.

Fluxbox styles are usually packaged in the same way, you should be able to:

cd ~/.fluxbox && tar -xvzf /root/deepness.tar.gz
