I have been running an Intel HAM modem under Mandrake but Gentoo is not listed as a supported distro in the docs for "Intel-v92ham-451-M82" I used for modem installation. Before I wipe Mandrake and start on a Stage3 install, I would like to know if I can get the modem running - I would basically have to compile it into the kernel.
Appreciate any suggestions.. |

If it worked to any other distro it will work on gentoo too.
You just have to compile the module in kernel or as module. |

Thanks - sorry to be nervous but Lunux installs can be stressful. |
