word on high from the gentoo gods is to expect an ebuild later this week. otherwise, roll your own (the 0.5.0 ebuild looks to have been cleaned up quite a bit, you could just copy it), or keep on using cvs like I do.

NB: there is a critical bug that breaks includes and the GotoIfTime application (fixed in cvs, apparently) and also chan_h323 is busted (so stick with 0.5.0, go to cvs, or wait 'til 0.7.1 comes out).

personally, I find H323 only slightly less evil than SIP, so .... eh.
