Hey all..
..running into som wierdness with suexec. I have it setup ok, that is, I get the [notice] in the error_log saying "suEXEC mechanism enabled" upon apache restart, which is really the only way I can see it's there. The suexec_log file stays empty (I even had to create it myself!)
According to the docs at http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/suexec.html this, and making sure users can run CGI's in the first place, is all that is needed to be able to have CGI's executed as the user hosting it in his/her public_html.
So it should work. However when I try to execute my specially crafted CGI that should make suexec bark, it just executes as if it was OK..
Great for added security, eh? =)
