Installing kde 3.0.3 - arts

I have a problem installing arts. Because arts-1.0.3.tar.bz2 cannot found on server.
Aim I right this is the correct version for kde 3.0.3?
The file is NOT on any server like
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/

I have done 'emerge rsync'

I have the same problem and I couldn't find the sources also...

There are many kde file with the version number 3.0.6. Could it be that all this file have the wrong filename?
On the kde server they are at 3.0.3

Mol from #gentoo on irc.openprojects.net helped me fixed this very problem that you guys are having by advising to wget http://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/desktops/kde/stable/3.0.3/src/arts-1.0.3.tar.bz2 and then copying it to /usr/portage/distfiles before emerging arts

It worked for arts, but there are other missing files... there is another thread on the same subject, but upgrading gnome.
