wine trouble

OK, so I have wine installed, and so far all seems to be well.

So to test, I tried to run notepad. Upon running it however, I cannot "use" it. No mouse actions or keyboards work in the desktop/app.

Any help would be appreciated. Just point me in the right direction.

Did you try other apps? I couldn't get notepad working either but lots of other stuff worked.

they probably just broke something in this release of wine that notepad needs... try again in two weeks or so when they have a new release and (hopefully) it should work again
