Hi there, I'm quite a gaming fan and I was wondering if its possible to get my current games working under Gentoo? Like say for example, Warcraft 3 or Battlefield 1942.
If yes, will the multiplayer work? Will I be able to play with windows users? |

Warcraft 3 works fine with wine, (if you use opengl), dont know about battlenet, I heard from several people that winex seems to run bf1942 but I still have trouble getting it to work _________________ In "old" Europe we already have a word for "pre-emptive strikes" mr Bush: its called "war" |

Warcraft 3 RoC works fine with battle.net, as long as in your wine config you have "Windows"="win2k" in the [Version] section of the file (and of course run the game with -opengl). With the windows version set that way, the copy protection works. |
