For memory I have MEMTEST and MSDIAG.
For Hard drives I have Drive Fitness Test(DFT)
But for all of the other hardware, I don't have anything. I want a program that can launch off a Linux or windows boot disk.
Anyone know of any?
I want to test the motherboard, CPU, and the cards in PCI bus. Any Ideas? |

the best way of testing them is to actually use them. cpuburn can keep your cpu at 100% while you see if it crashes or any strange errors occur, compiling stuff tests your hardware to the max, hardware faults normally come up as segfaults

CPU Burn is a good program.
Anyone have another program? Looking for maybe a bootable one? |
