Hello people, I was looking for this through the Internet without success, I just found a mention to qmail-qfilter somewhere (sorry, I couldn't get back that URL).
It seems is needed the Vpopmail Seekable Patch (according to the README.spamd-vpopmail instructions, provided by SpamAssassin), which is not included in the Gentoo's vpopmail ebuild.
I emerged Mail-SpamAssassin (and razor and pyzor too) and didn't emerge qmail-scanner because I thought I would be as easy as adding a pipe containing spamc to /var/qmail/rc or /var/qmail/supervise/*/run scripts... but I'm starting to think it won't so.
By the way, I successfully tested SpamAssassin with
Code: | spamassassin -t < junk-mail.txt |
So, there is no way, it is completely necessary to install qmail-scanner to use SpamAssassin under qmail with vpopmail?? or... just did I miss the **that** magic pipe?
Thanks in advance! _________________ Emiliano Bazaes
