slow speeds with nvnet

Has anyone else experienced troubles with nvidia's proprietory nvnet driver under 2.6? I'm on a switched network and my network cards all negotiate at 100Mbps/FD, but file transfers peak out at 250 Kb/s, this is under regular ftp transfers. However, windows to windows ftp transfer go at around 8 Mb/s.

Have you tried the Reverse Engineered nForce Net driver that is included in 2.6? I use it and it works great.
