zo laten, dat komt later wel in orde, dat staat zeker in het nieuwe handboek (en ik denk ook in de normale docs)

dit niet dus, want zijn make.conf enzo is niet in orde
en als hij kiest voor stage 1 is dat werk allemaal nutteloos, want dan gebeurt dit voor het bootstrappen

Wat is het probleem ? Dit is gewoon een melding die je krijgt na de synchronisatie van de portage tree.
De waarschuwing over de update van portage is ook niets om je zorgen over te maken, doe gewoon een

Zoals garo zei: niets aan de hand, dit is gewoon een synchronisate van de portage tree. Maw, je moet er niets mee, alleen portage updaten.
